This policy explains what information AEVERIS collects through getaeveris.com, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it. AEVERIS is a new business based in Denmark.

AEVERIS is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at founders@getaeveris.com.

What we collect

When you request a Digital Identity Audit or join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your role (for example founder or investor)
• Your optional answer to “Anything we should know?”
• The date and time you submitted the form

How we use it

• To process your signup
• To contact you regarding your request
• To communicate with you about the AEVERIS service
• To manage our waitlist

When you submit the form, we send you a confirmation email, and we send a notification with your submitted details to our own inbox at founders@getaeveris.com so we can follow up personally.

We use this information because you have asked us to handle your request, and to take steps before a possible service agreement with you.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored in the AEVERIS database. We use third-party providers for website hosting, database storage and email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf only to provide their services to us.

Measurement

This website uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and completed signups from our advertising. This means Meta may receive information about your visit, such as the page viewed and that a signup took place. Meta’s own privacy policy applies to its processing.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to handle your request and manage the waitlist. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers described above.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to our use of it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to founders@getaeveris.com. You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

Changes

We may update this policy as our service develops. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
